A case interview is a real business problem you solve with the interviewer, step by step. Learn the method, choose your interviewer (Helpful, Guided or Tough), and work through a full case set in Saudi Arabia.
The method
Restate the question and ask about the goal and scope before any math.
Split the problem into parts that don't overlap and cover everything (MECE).
Ask for data, calculate out loud and sense-check every number.
After every number, say "this means that…". Numbers alone don't persuade.
Lead with the recommendation, then two or three reasons, then risks and next steps.
Case types
Profit fell? Split it into revenue (price × volume) and costs (fixed and variable), then dig in.
Estimate a number you don't know by breaking it into factors, then check it from a second angle.
Market attractiveness, competition, capabilities, economics and entry mode.
