We collect as little as we need to run your account and your purchases, and we never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
1. What we collect
Account details: your name and email address, from the sign-in method you choose (Google, Apple or email).
Purchases: which guides you bought, when, and the payment reference from our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
Study progress: your streak, completed lessons and flashcard progress, so you can pick up where you left off. Some of this is kept only in your own browser.
2. How we use it
To sign you in, unlock the guides you bought, show your progress, answer your support requests and prevent fraud. We may send you emails about your purchases or important changes to the service.
3. Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service for us: our hosting and database providers and our payment provider, each under their own security and privacy obligations. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account while it's active and keep purchase records as long as the law requires. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data unless we must keep it by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or ask what we hold about you. Contact us and we'll reply within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, paid content is protected on the server, and access to your data is limited to what's needed to run the service.
